The HZT023219000 rotor housing is a key fixture in the HZT 25MBA marine vacuum discharge pump. Its core function is to create a stable high-vacuum chamber and provide precise coaxial rotation for the rotor HZT021265401. This housing mates with multiple components within the 25MBA series:
* Front: Mate with the HZT023200210 End Plate Suct. Chamber (suction side)
* Rear: Mate with the HZT023280030 Flange (shaft seal end flange/rear flange)
* Axial sealing/locating: Mate with the HZT038281900 Shaft Seal (shaft seal) and the HZT023260400 Distance Sleeve (distance sleeve)
* This housing has a specific geometry and interface for the 25MBA and is not interchangeable with the 15MBD series.

* Maintenance: Periodically inspect O-rings and shaft seal HZT038281900 for wear and aging. If abnormal vibration is detected, verify rotor dynamic balancing and bearing condition.
* Retrofit/Replacement: In EVAC/JETS system upgrades and retrofits, this product can be used as a housing base component for 25MBA solutions, provided that the interfaces and flange surfaces are compatible with adapters.
