*The HZT023219100 pressure chamber (discharge chamber) is the primary discharge chamber component of the HZT25MBA marine vacuum discharge pump. Located between the rotor assembly (HZT021265401) and the motor cover, it collects the gas-liquid mixture compressed by the impeller and discharges it at high pressure.
It works with the following core components to form a complete discharge system:
* Front connection to HZT023219000 (rotor housing);
* Internally mounted with HZT021265401 (rotor) and HZT038281900 (shaft seal);
* Back connection to HZT023280010 (motor cover);
* The internal chamber and discharge port connect to the system main pipeline, completing the vacuum pump’s discharge function.

* Material: 316 stainless steel, precision-cast using a medium-temperature wax process, offers excellent corrosion resistance and structural strength.
* Internal Structure: The inner cavity features a curved transition surface to reduce fluid turbulence and energy loss.
* Machining: CNC machining of key surfaces ensures the precision of flanges and seal grooves.
* Surface Treatment: Sandblasting and electrolytic passivation protect the exterior from corrosion by seawater, acids, alkalis, and wastewater.

The outlet is designed with a DN32 diameter and a curved transition to ensure smooth discharge, suitable for high-volume vacuum systems.

A built-in O-ring seal groove, compatible with the HZT038281900 shaft seal, ensures zero leakage under high vacuum conditions.
3. Pressure and Corrosion Resistance
The pressure chamber features a thick-walled structure to withstand the repeated stresses of high-pressure and vacuum environments.
