The HZT034507420 Hose Clip is a stainless steel clamp used to secure the high-pressure hose (HZT034507500) in the outlet system of the HZT 15MBD HZT029015001 Marine Vacuum Sewage Pump.
Made from 304 stainless steel, this clamp offers excellent corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance. Its threaded clamp securely locks both ends of the hose, preventing gas or liquid leakage or hose detachment under vacuum conditions.
The clamp features an adjustable threaded band design with a smooth inner wall and curled edges to prevent hose damage. Suitable for connecting rubber high-pressure hoses between flap valve bases (HZT029151001) and pressure chambers (HZT029150901) in vacuum pump systems.

The band’s edge is curled, resulting in a smooth inner surface to prevent cutting the outer layer of the rubber hose (HZT034507500), effectively extending the hose’s service life.

Designed specifically for the HZT034507500 rubber high-pressure hose, it connects the HZT029151001 flap valve base to the HZT029150901 outlet chamber, creating a gas-liquid seal.

The standard cross-groove thread design allows for quick assembly and disassembly, making it ideal for ship inspections and pipeline maintenance.
