I. Présentation du produit
The HZT029151001 flap valve base is a core sealing component in marine vacuum sewage pump systems and is widely used in 15MBD marine vacuum pumps. This component is located between the vacuum pump’s suction and pressure chambers.
Working in conjunction with the flap valve disc, it forms an opening and closing seal within the vacuum chamber, enabling the transition between vacuum suction and pressure discharge.
The flap valve base is precision-machined from 316 stainless steel through CNC machining, offering excellent corrosion resistance, strength stability, and dimensional consistency. It can maintain long-term stable operation in the high-humidity, high-salt, and high-vacuum marine environments.
Its internal structure includes an O-ring groove, a seat seal step, and flange mounting holes, ensuring a tight seal and quick response when the valve disc opens and closes.
This component fulfills the critical functions of preventing backflow, cavitation, and leakage in the system, ensuring the vacuum system maintains a stable negative pressure, thereby ensuring efficient operation of the vacuum toilet system and the sewage and graywater drainage system.

* Standardized Straight Pipe Installation Design:
For use with the HZT029150320 Suction Chamber and HZT023219000 Pressure Chamber, the HZT029150320 has precise hole spacing and is fully compatible with JETS vacuum system interfaces, allowing for direct replacement.
* CNC-machined Surfaces:
All sealing surfaces, flange holes, and locating surfaces are precision-machined using CNC technology to ensure flatness and sealing, improving system stability and maintenance efficiency.
* Strong Vacuum System Compatibility:
The HZT029151001 is not only compatible with the HZT15MBD vacuum pump main unit, but can also be used as a replacement part for vacuum pump station repairs and upgrades. It is also compatible with the interfaces and dimensional standards of vacuum toilets and sewage treatment systems from major international brands (such as JETS and EVAC).
