The HZT 25MBA utilizes a 316 stainless steel monolithic structure and a vacuum chamber. Its high-efficiency impeller and blade assembly work in tandem, achieving efficient suction and discharge in marine vacuum toilets and sewage treatment systems.
This model is fully compatible with the JETS 25MBA/EVAC system in terms of interfaces, mounting holes, and vacuum piping standards, making it a direct replacement without additional modification, making it an ideal system upgrade or replacement solution.

The suction chamber (HZT023280040) and pressure chamber (HZT023219000) are secured with independent flanges, allowing for quick assembly and disassembly using HZT036202010 half-thread hexagonal bolts, improving maintenance efficiency by 40%.

IV. Structure and Working Principle

The HZT023280010 vacuum pump is… The suction chamber (HZT023280040) creates negative pressure, drawing sewage and graywater from the vacuum toilet into the pump body.

Inside the chamber, the rotating blades (HZT020203100) and the fixed blades (HZT020203100) work together to crush impurities. Centrifugal force generated by the rotor (HZT021265401) transports the liquid to the pressure chamber (HZT023219000) and out of the system.
