HZT029150701 Rotor (Impeller) is the key rotating component of the HZT 15MBD Marine Vacuum Sewage Pump. Made from 316 stainless steel, CNC-machined, and dynamically balanced to ISO G2.5, it operates fully submerged to generate vacuum and maintain stable flow. Its right-hand helical design enhances hydraulic efficiency and minimizes vibration. The rotor works in conjunction with HZT029150450 (Cutter Assembly), HZT029150800 (Rotor Housing), and HZT029150901 (Pressure Chamber) to form the pump’s complete suction-discharge flow path.

Product Introduction

The HZT029150701 rotor is the core drive component of the HZT 15MBD marine vacuum sewage pump system.
It determines the vacuum limit, gas-liquid separation stability, and operating noise level of the entire system, and is a key foundation for system performance.

I. Structure and Design Logic

* Single Helical Rotor:
Adopting a right-hand helical rotor design, the rotor generates vacuum suction through the suction and push action of the rotor blades during fully submerged operation.
* Optimized Fluid Guide Design:
Blade angles and flow channel curvatures are optimized through fluid simulation to ensure smooth flow of wastewater, reduce turbulence and cavitation, and improve the system’s ultimate vacuum value and efficiency.
* Installation:
Connected to the motor shaft via a spacer sleeve (HZT029151800), the blade assembly (HZT029150450) is mounted in front, and the rear portion cooperates with the pressure chamber (HZT029150901) to form a vacuum flow channel.

* Medium-Temperature Wax Precision Casting (IPC):

Blades and center holes are machined using multi-axis turning and milling to ensure coaxiality and static and dynamic clearances.

* Single-Unit Dynamic Balancing (G2.5) (ISO 1940 Standard):
Each HZT029150701 rotor is individually balanced to G2.5 and numbered to ensure low-vibration operation.

* Sandblasting & Electropolishing:
The surface is clean and smooth, preventing the adhesion of fibers and particles in wastewater, effectively reducing drag and scaling.

1. Creating Vacuum and Suction:
The spiral motion of the blades creates a negative pressure area within the liquid, allowing the mixed wastewater and gas to be drawn in.

The fluid is pushed into the pressure chamber (HZT029150901), where the impeller rotates to maintain a stable flow rate and pressure, preventing air locks.
3. Serving as a Cutter Breaking System:
The front-mounted blade assembly (HZT029150450) crushes impurities before the rotor draws in fluid, ensuring smooth, unobstructed fluid flow.
4. Maintaining System Balance and Quiet Operation:
Precise dynamic balancing ensures low vibration and noise, extending the life of bearings and seals.
