5. Inspection Items: Outer diameter, inner diameter, length, coaxiality, end face perpendicularity, and surface roughness.
IV. Working Principle and Functional Description
1. Axial Limiting: Standardized length control ensures constant vacuum chamber volume and prevents negative pressure fluctuations.
2. Coaxial Support: Works in conjunction with the rotor (HZT029150701) and rotor housing (HZT029150800) to ensure low eccentricity and vibration of rotating components. 3. Seal Life Protection: Maintains the correct compression of the seal assembly to prevent seal aging or leakage due to assembly stress.
4. Dynamic Balancing: Combined with the rotor’s dynamic balancing (G2.5 grade) structure, it reduces operating noise and energy consumption.
V. Assembly Compatibility and Series Compatibility
1. Compatible with the entire HZT 15MBD Marine Vacuum Sewage Pump series.
2. Similar in structure to the 25MBA series, but with different dimensions and interfaces, it is not interchangeable.

* Corrosion Resistance Verification: Salt spray test for ≥ 240 hours to ensure the protective properties of 316 stainless steel.
VII. Maintenance and Replacement Recommendations
1. When replacing the rotor (HZT029150701) or seal assembly, it is recommended to simultaneously inspect the spacer sleeve (HZT029151800).
2. If there is abnormal sliding clearance, end surface wear, or scratches, replace the entire set to avoid system eccentricity or decreased vacuum performance.
3. Maintain a dry environment during storage to prevent surface contamination and oxidation.
